4. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the PG property.

     

  • Payment: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways as specified in our Privacy Policy. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

     

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual PG property and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. PrimeBeds facilitates these processes but is not responsible for issuing refunds directly.

All content on the PrimeBeds website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrimeBeds or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.   • No Endorsement: PrimeBeds does not endorse any specific PG property listed on its platform. Listings are based on information provided by the PG partners.

     

  • Accuracy of Listings: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of property listings, we do not guarantee that all information (including photos, amenities, and prices) is error-free.

     

  • Limitation of Liability: PrimeBeds will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any bookings made through it.
