Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PrimeBeds, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless booking experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by Guests

48 Hours Before Check-In:
Bookings canceled at least 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

Within 48 Hours of Check-In:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Same-Day Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

No-Show Policy:
If the guest does not show up on the booking date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.


2. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are subject to property availability and may incur additional charges.

  • If a guest modifies their booking within 48 hours of check-in, it will be treated as a cancellation and the refund terms will apply.


3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the cancellation request is approved.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Refunds are usually reflected within 5–7 business days.

  • In rare cases, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Status Tracking:
Guests can check the status of their refund anytime by emailing us at support@primebeds.in with their Booking ID. Our team will respond within 24 hours with an update.


4. Cancellations by PrimeBeds

PrimeBeds reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Property unavailability

  • Technical errors in booking

  • Safety or compliance issues

In such cases, guests will receive a full refund, initiated within 24–48 hours.


5. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

  • Guests are advised to carefully review booking details before making payment.
