Welcome to PrimeBeds! By listing your property on our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which define your responsibilities, our services, and the terms of use for both parties.
1.1. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your property, including room types, pricing, facilities, availability, and food options. 1.2. Compliance: Your property must comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety standards. 1.3. Photos & Descriptions: All photos and descriptions you upload must reflect the current condition of your property. Misleading or false information may result in removal from PrimeBeds.
2.1 Owners agree to maintain accurate information about room availability, pricing, and facilities at all times.
2.2 PrimeBeds guests will book rooms and food services via the PrimeBeds platform. After booking, guests have the right to visit the property, verify its details on-site, and proceed with their stay.
2.3 If the guest is dissatisfied with the property upon verification and chooses not to stay, the booking may be canceled without any penalty to the guest. No-shows without a valid reason may be subject to cancellation fees as determined by PrimeBeds.

4.1. Cancellation by Owner: If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify PrimeBeds and the guest immediately. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
4.2. Guest Cancellations: If a guest cancels the booking after visiting and verifying on-site, they are entitled to a full refund of any prepayments made.
In cases where the guest cancels after arrival due to a discrepancy between the listed and actual conditions of the property, the guest may be eligible for a full refund, and PrimeBeds may withhold the Owner’s payment.
5.1 Owners agree to maintain the property as described in the listing to ensure guest satisfaction. If any significant discrepancy arises, PrimeBeds reserves the right to withhold payments or take other action, including delisting the property. 5.2 Negative reviews or repeated complaints from guests may result in penalties, including removal from the PrimeBeds platform.
6.1 Owners must ensure that their properties are safe, clean, and meet the standard expectations of the guest as described in the listing.
6.2 Owners are responsible for resolving any disputes, complaints, or issues that may arise during the guest’s stay.
7.1 PrimeBeds will charge a commission on each confirmed booking made through the platform. 7.2 The applicable commission rate will be communicated to the Owner upon onboarding and may be adjusted with prior notice. A minimum commission rate of 20% is mandatory and non-negotiable.. 7.3 Owners will also be responsible for any transaction fees or taxes associated with payments and commissions
9.1 PrimeBeds is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by the property or its services. The relationship between the guest and the Owner is independent of PrimeBeds. 9.2 Owners agree to indemnify and hold PrimeBeds harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from guest stays or issues related to the property.
10.1 Any disputes between the Owner and PrimeBeds regarding these Terms or any payments will be resolved through negotiation. 10.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law.
11.1 PrimeBeds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
